1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "We", "Us", "Our", "Khwamru" — refers to the operator of the website at khwamru.cyou, providing the AI development courses described herein.
• "You", "User", "Learner" — refers to any individual who visits the website or enrolls in a course.
• "Course" — any of the educational programmes offered by Khwamru, including Foundations of Machine Learning, Applied Deep Learning, and Model Deployment & MLOps.
• "Content" — all materials included in a course, including written lessons, code examples, exercises, projects, and associated resources.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement and to enrol in our courses. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Thai law or the law of your country of residence.

3. Service Description

Khwamru provides self-paced online courses in AI development. Courses are delivered via a digital learning platform and are accessible to enrolled learners from any location with internet access.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or feature at any time. Where material changes are made to a course you have enrolled in, we will notify you by email.

We aim to maintain platform availability at all reasonable times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

4. Enrolment and Account

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive access credentials for your course via email within one business day of enrolment confirmation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share access with others. Each enrolment covers access for one individual only.

Your enrolment does not have an expiry date. Access to enrolled courses remains available to you until Khwamru discontinues the course, in which case reasonable advance notice will be given.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our platform and course materials, you agree to:

• Use course content for personal learning purposes only
• Engage respectfully with instructors and any other learners in shared environments
• Provide accurate information when enrolling or contacting us

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell course content in any form
• Share your login credentials or provide access to third parties
• Attempt to access parts of the platform you have not enrolled in
• Use the platform in any way that could harm Khwamru or other users

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including written lessons, code examples, exercises, and projects, is the intellectual property of Khwamru or its instructors. All rights are reserved.

Upon enrolment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal learning. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or publication of the content in any form.

Code you write yourself as part of course exercises is yours. Instructional code provided in course materials remains the property of Khwamru.

7. Payment Terms

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment. Payment details are provided following initial enquiry.

Refund policy: If you request a refund within 7 days of enrolment and have not accessed more than two lessons, we will issue a full refund. After this period, or if you have accessed more than two lessons, refunds are not available. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Thai consumer protection law.

We can provide receipts and course descriptions for professional development expense claims. Request this documentation when you contact us.

8. Course-Specific Terms

There are no minimum completion requirements and no fixed completion deadlines. You may study at your own pace.

Instructor support is provided for questions about course content. Support is available in English and responses are provided within one business day. We do not provide career advice, job placement assistance, or guarantees of any particular employment outcome.

Where course materials reference specific library versions or tools, we aim to keep these current but cannot ensure permanent compatibility with future software releases.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses and platform are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations that course content will be error-free or entirely current at all times, though we work to maintain accuracy.

We do not make any claims about specific career outcomes, salary changes, or employment opportunities that may result from completing our courses. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Our courses do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Khwamru's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Khwamru against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform or course content, or any third-party claim related to your conduct.

12. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access to a course if you materially breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. In cases of serious or repeated breach, we may terminate access without notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. You may contact us at [email protected] to raise any concern.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Thai consumer protection legislation.

14. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khwamru.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver: Failure by Khwamru to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a change of ownership of the business.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
